But for approximation you may
calculate shipment costs as 20-22%

email us our sales team on the basis of that order sheet,
calculates the total weight inclusive of packaging, and calculates the freight charges.
Then you will receive a Performa invoice, inclusive of
freight charges. |

How can I keep track on my order during
transition ? |

Every freight company provides on line facility to trace out your goods in the transition period.
As soon as we ship your goods, we e-mail you the
freight bill number.
With the help of airway bill no, you can keep track on your goods. |

RETURN
POLICIES |

We do not accept any defect claim/return request after the two-day period is over or item that has been used or damaged for any reason.
We reserve the right to refuse your return based on our return policy. |

Defective:
If you find the package(s) get(s)
damaged while you accept the
package(s), report to the
carrier's driver immediately. So
he/she will have the record for
your claim to their customer
service department. We are not
liable for the carrier delays or
damage during transportation.
If the defect is clarified by
manufacturing defect after
inspection, we will replace or
credit your account upon receipt
of returned Merchandise. Each
claimed defect item needs to be
returned in original package. Or
it will be identified as misusage
defect. No credit will be issued
or replacements will be approved. |

Return:
To avoid unnecessary return, be
sure you have read and inquired
all the product information before
submitting your order. We do
appreciate your cooperation. Shipping and handling
fees are not refundable. Each

original package. Or the return
will not be accepted and the
